Aureum Academic Journal (AAJ) follows a proposed quarterly publication schedule, publishing four regular issues per year.

The scheduled issue months are:

• Issue 1: January

• Issue 2: April

• Issue 3: July

• Issue 4: October

Accepted articles undergo copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, and final quality checks before publication.

AAJ seeks to maintain a consistent publication schedule and make published articles openly available through the official journal platform.

Special issues may be organized when approved by the Editor-in-Chief and must follow the journal's established editorial, ethical, and peer-review requirements.
